Tant Gari River, a tributary of the
Ravi River, originates as a small stream from the slopes of the
Pir Panjal Range, east of Bharmaur in Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh. Its valley is U shaped and the riverbed has large smooth rock and moraine deposits laid down by the glaciers in the past.
