Talamanchipatnam is located close to Cuddapah District’s north-western border with Kurnool District. It is around 67 km north-west of Cuddapah and 14 km west of Jammalamadugu.

Tirupati Airport is the nearest airport and Kondapuram Railway Station is the convenient major railhead.
