Incepted in 1998–1999, Tagore Engineering College offers six major courses and three PG courses in Engineering and Technology. Under Graduate Courses include Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering and B.Tech Information Technology. Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A), M.Sc Information Technology and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) are the post graduate courses conducted by the college. Facilities include classrooms, laboratories, library, drawing halls, offices, research centre, recreation halls, seminal hall, sports room, placement cell, canteen and fine arts clubs. Admissions are as per Govt norms.
