Swapneswar Temple



Situated on the bank of river Brahmani, Swapneswar Temple is a panchayattana (a system of worshipping five deities - Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu, Lord Ganesh, Lord Surya and Goddess Shakti) temple. Its scheme of decoration resembles the Parasurameswara Temple of Bhubaneswar. It is believed to have been built during the earliest period of reign of the Bhaumakara Dynasty.

It is one of the protected monuments of Kualo village. Kualo is in Kamakhyanagar subdivision of Dhenkanal District. It is about 8 km (5 miles) east of Talchar town and two miles from Parjang.
