Suthari




Suthari is a small hamlet at a distance of 11 km from Kothara in Kutch District. Included in the Abdasa taluk, this village is renowned for ancient temples. Suthari Teerth is the major draw here. Dedicated to Shri Parshwanath, this temple houses the 30 cm high idol of the chief deity in the Padmasana posture. Navtunk is the famous tourist attraction nearby. During the major festival, a large number of devotees throng this region. By road, Gandhidham is at 160 km and Mandavi is 65 km from here. New Bhuj Railway Station is at 85 km from Suthari.
