Surajpura

Surajpura is located in the northern part of Rohtas District in Bihar. It is perched at an altitude of 255 ft above sea level and the National Highway 30 passes nearby. Surajpura is 41 km north-east of Sasaram and lies near Suryapura.

Rohtasgarh Fort, Gurdwara Chacha Phaggu Mal, Bhaluni Dham and Tarachandi are the prominent spots in the region with historical and religious significance.
