State Institute of Educational Technology (SIET) at
Thiruvananthapuram focuses on the planning, research, production and evaluation of educational softwares such as video, audio programs and computer multimedia. SIET was authorized in 1998 by the Department of Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development; Government of India.
SIET also aims at implementing schemes to generate teaching technologies and learning process in the modern context. The institute has a team of experienced staff in the field of administration, engineering and production.
