St George Church is situated at a distance of about 3 km east of
Thodupuzha. It was renovated in 1973. Built in the 19th century, the church has a statue of St George. Muthalakodath Muthappan is the main saint supporting the church. The feast of Muthalakodath Muthappan is the main celebration of the church. Thousands of worshippers gather at the church to take part in the celebration.
