St Dominic Church is situated at Aluva in Ernakulam District, Kerala. The church is about 1 km from Aluva. Two feasts are conducted annually by the church.
The first one is held on the 3rd Saturday after Easter. During the festive time, the statue of the saint is taken out in procession through the town. Another festival, the feast of 'Our Lady of the Holy Rosary', is held on the Sunday after 8th of December. On both the festive occasions, the roads are adorned with festoons, paper flowers and balloons. Large flocks of people gather during the festive times on both sides of the road through which the procession passes.
The Dominic Church can be approached easily from Kochi, which is 21 km away. The nearest railhead is Aluva Railway Station.
