Sri Ramalingeswara Swamy Temple is located at Ramathirdham in Nellore District. Lord Shiva and Goddess Kamakshi Amma are the presiding deities. Apart from these deities, Lord Ganesh and Lord Subramanya are also worshiped here.
This Pallava style temple is built of bricks and has a Dwaja Stambam, Kalyana Mandapam, Alankara Mandapam and Yajnasala for Nithyyagnam. The main temple, which is covered with white granite, is very small.
