Sri Keshava Perumal Koil




Sri Keshava Perumal Koil is located at Bindiganavile in Mandya District of Karnataka. Built in Dravidian style of architecture, it is an ancient shrine popular among Hebbar Iyengars, a subsect of Vaishnavas.

The temple is dedicated to Sri Channa Keshava Perumal, who resides along with Sri Sowmyanaayaki Thaayaar. There is an idol of Acharya Ramanuja within the premises. The temple celebrates Brahma Rathotsavam on Magha Purnima (which falls on February) in a grand manner. The celebrations last for ten days and people from in and around the area participate in it. Lodging/boarding arrangements are made here during the festive time.
