Sri Dasmesh Academy is located at Anandpur Sahib in Punjab. The foundation stone of the school was laid on September 24, 1978, by Dr. N. Sanjeeva Reddy, the then president of India.
The school is managed by a Board of Governors and is affiliated to the Council for Indian Schools Certificate Examination, New Delhi. Classes are taken up to the XII level.
The campus extends to an area of about 203 acre, with amenities including stadium with basketball, volleyball, and badminton courts, gymnasium, and an open air auditorium. Special coaching is provided in music, fine art, commercial art, clay modeling, sculpture, wood work, aero modeling, industrial chemistry, masonry, horticulture, gardening, para-sailing, and river rifting.
