Sri Bakthapuriswarar Temple is located at
Paranur in
Viluppuram District.
Lord Shiva is worshipped as Bakthapuriswarar and Goddess is called Premambika. The Lord and the Goddess are housed in separate shrines. The temple also has shrines for the
Navagrahas and Sandigeswarar.
