Sreedhareeyam Ayurveda Gaveshana Kendram, started in 1999, is an ayurvedic research center situated at Koothattukulam in
Ernakulam District. It is an attempt by Nellikattu Mana, a
Nambudri family with traditional experience and talent in
Ayurveda especially in the treatment of eye diseases.
This 75-bedded hospital offers all panchakarma treatments (nasyam, vamanam, virechanam, kashyavasthi and snehavasthy), pizhichil and njavarakizhi.
Koothattukulam is around 17 km south of Muvattupuzha. The nearest railway stations are at Aluva and Tripunithura.
