Sree Sath Sangam




Sree Sath Sangam is a charitable society located at Madipakkam in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. It was established in 1978 with the objective of providing cultural and social services to poor people. The society organizes periodic functions and festivals, distributes school books and uniforms and arranges free marriages and medical facilities to the poor. Veda classes and music classes are also conducted.

Sree Sath Sanga Harinama Sankeerthana Sabha is the religious wing of the Sangam. It conducts street bhajans on all thirty days of the Tamil month of Margazhi (Dhanur Masa). A grand Radha Kalyana Utsavam is also celebrated. Festivals such as Sri Rama Navami, Maha Skandha Sashti and Acharya Jayanthi are celebrated with music programmes and pujas.

Samashti Upanayanam is an annual celebration held in the month of Vaikasi (Mid May - mid June) for thirty days. During this festival, Veda classes are conducted.
