Sound and Lightshow is organized at
Cellular Jail in
Aberdeen,
Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Sponsored and presented by the Department of Tourism, the lightshow picturises the jail's brutal history and chief events during the British Rule.
In the show, an atmosphere is created by the deft interplay of sound and light that one is taken to a journey through the austere times, when British jailors subjected the Indian patriots to cruel tortures and humiliation.
The show is arranged every evening except Sundays.
