Siwan




Siwan in Rohtas District of Bihar, lies close to the district’s border with Kaimur District. Perched at an altitude of 252 ft above sea level, the town is nearly 16 km to the north-west of Sasaram.

Basah, Parsathua, Karghar, Kharhana and Kharari are the places within 10 km from Siwan.

Rohtasgarh Fort, on the Kaimur Hills, is an ideal tourist spot outside the town. Bhaluni Dham, Tarachandi and Gurdwara Chacha Phaggu Mal are the other worth visiting sites in the neighborhood.

Varanasi Airport and Kudra Railway Station are the most convenient airport and railway station.
