Sidhout




Sidhout is a prominent town with immense historically importance in Cuddapah District of Andhra Pradesh. It is 25 km south-east of Cuddapah.

The focal point of the town is the fort, built in 1303 AD and later destroyed by Hyder Ali in 1770. The fort houses beautifully sculpted temples.

Tirupati Airport is the nearest airport. Cuddapah Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
