Siddhavattam is located in
Cuddapah District of
Andhra Pradesh. It is about 15 km east of
Cuddapah, the district headquarters. Siddhavattam is of historic importance as many Shiva temples have been buried under sand at the place. River Pennar flows through the area.
Cuddapah Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
