The Brahmotsavam is the main festival celebrated here. During the festival, thousands of devotees throng here. Temples dedicated to Rukmabai, Goddess Lakshmi and Prasannanarayana are nearby attractions. By road, Vijayawada is 60 km from here and the nearest airport is located there.
