Shri Durga Devi Temple




Shri Durga Devi Temple of Kochi was built by four sons of Naga Prabhu in 1934. Main attraction is the stone idol of Goddess Shri Shanta Durga. The temple also houses the images of four upadevatas and a Bethal. The Kula Purohit (priest) of the family conducts various pujas, homas, rudrabhishekha and sata kalashabisheka in the temple. The temple is managed by the eldest male member of the family.
