Set in 25 acres of landscaped gardens, Shreyas is a boutique yoga retreat in Nelamangala in Bangalore Rural District. It offers accommodation in luxurious rooms, cottages and tents. All rooms and tents are air conditioned, and have ISD/STD as well as broadband internet connections.
Indian, Asian and Western vegetarian dishes are served. Facilities include rejuvenation massage center, outdoor yoga and meditation hall, an open-air amphitheatre, home theatre and AV presentation room, a 25-meter heated swimming pool, gymnasium, library and conference hall. A 2 km walking track and a cricket net are the added features. Classes on yoga, stress management and wellness programs and rejuvenation massages are provided. Pick up from the airport/railway station is available at an additional cost.
