Shree Mahadev Bhumika Temple




Shree Mahadev Bhumika Temple is one of the most important Hindu shrines in North Goa District. It is situated at Sal, about 25 km from Mapusa, in Bicholim. The presiding deity here is Lord Mahadev (Shiva).

The temple is situated amid beautiful natural surroundings. The three-day Gade Festival, which falls in February/March, attracts thousand of devotees from far and near.

Shree Kalikadevi Temple at Kansarpal is just 5 km from here.
