Shree Ganesh Temple is situated at
Shirdi village in
Ahmednagar District. It is an old temple with a small idol of Lord
Ganesh. In the immediate vicinity of this temple, there are some other temples, the Marut Temple, Mahadev Temple and
Shani Temple.
Shirdi lies on the Ahmednagar-Manmad Highway, about 250 km from Mumbai and 75 km from Nasik. The nearest airport is at Aurangabad (144 km), and the convenient railway stations are at Nasik (123 km) and
Manmad (60 km).
