Shergarh Wildlife Sanctuary



Shergarh Wildlife Sanctuary is located in Baran District of Rajasthan and is near the ancient town of Shergarh.

It covers an area of about 98 sq km and is home to rare tiger, endangered leopard, sloth bear, endemic deer, hyena and wild boar, sambar deer, chital, chinkara and hyena.

Shergarh Haveli, a heritage hotel nearby, provides comfortable accommodation.

Baran Railway Station serves as the nearest railhead.
