Shehri Masjid is situated at
Champaner, in
Panchmahals District of
Gujarat. The location of the mosque suggests that the mosque was built for the royal family. The tall minarets frame the entry to the hypostyle hall covered with domes. The exterior of the mosque has colonial style landscape, typical of the Archaeological Survey of India monuments. There is a large guard room adjoining to the citadel wall.
