Shankigatta Jain Temple




Shankigatta Jain Temple, maintained by the Mahavir Yuvaka Sangha, is an ancient religious shrine located in the Magadi taluk of Bangalore district. Constructed around 1528, the temple houses the metal idol of Bhagvan Mahavir as the main deity. It also has the idol of Brahmadeva within the temple sanctum. Transportation facilities are available from Magadi and Bangalore.
