Shakti Foundation is a charitable trust located at
Kilpauk in
Chennai,
Tamil Nadu. It was established in 1992 with an objective of integrating the physically-challenged persons into the social stream. In associatition with Adhiparasakthi Medical and Research Hospital, the foundation treats a number of physically-challenged persons.
