Seven Wells




Seven Wells was once Chennai's main source of water. The city’s first organised water supply scheme began here in 1772. It is situated in the northern part of Chennai. Seven Wells is to the east of Goerge Town. Nearby attractions include Annai Tulukannathamman Temple, Devi Ellaiamman Temple, Wall Tax Road, the Old Town Wall and Rajaji Salai.
