Settigunta is located in the southern part of Cuddapah District. It lies on the road linking Tirupati with Cuddapah. It is 19 km north of Tirupati and is 98 km south of Cuddapah.
Settigunta Railway Station is on the Nandalur-Tirupati rail route. Tirupati Airport, around 28 km south, is the nearest airport.
