Satyananda Yoga Research Centre in
Kozhikode was started in 1983 by N Vijayaraghavan, a disciple of Swami Satyananda Saraswathi. It aims at promoting
yoga as a way of life regardless of differences in belief.
Yoga teachers training course is imparted. Food and accommodation facilities are available. Satyananda Yoga Research Centre has a branch at Salcette in Goa.
Kozhikode Railway Station and Calicut Airport are the nearest railhead and airport respectively.
