Sarson ka saag

Originally from the green fields of Punjab, Sarson ka saag is a north Indian delicacy made with mustard leaves, onions, flour and mouth watering Indian spices. This luscious green gravy topped with oil seasoning is accompanied by Indian bread – Makki Ki Roti. An elaborate traditional Punjabi dinner is served with makki ki roti and sarson ka saag.
