Sapt Samudreswar Mahadev Temple




Constructed in the year 1890, Sapt Samudreswar Mahadev Temple enshrines the shivling of Lord Shiva. The temple was built by Raj Bahadur Soorajmal. It is believed that Lord Shiva appeared in a dream and told him about his presence at this place. Finding the shivling, he constructed a temple around it.

The temple is in Haridwar, which is located at a distance of 214 km from Delhi. It is well linked by road and rail with key destinations in north India.
