Salasar




Situated at Jaipur-Bikaner Highway, Salasar is a famous pilgrimage center. Salasar Balaji Temple, dedicated to Lord Hanuman, is the main attraction. It attracts a number of devotees throughout the year. A large fair is held on Chaitra Poornima and Ashwini Poornima.

Dhunia of Mohandas ji, Sri Mohan Mandir, temple of Anjani Mata, and Gudavadi Shyam temple are the other temples worth visiting. There are 50-60 dharamshalas in Salasar.

Salasar is 57 km from Sikar, 24 km from Sujangarh and 100 km from churu. Sujangarh Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
