Sakyong

Sakyong, also spelled Sakkyong, is located in South Sikkim District. It lies near the district’s border with North Sikkim District.

It is perched at an altitude of 6,541 ft. One can enjoy the magnificent views of pine forests and towering mountains from here.

Sakyong is 59 km north of Namchi. Civil Enclave Bagdogra and Darjeeling Railway Station are the convenient airport and railway station respectively.
