Sakti is a small village located in
Leh District of
Jammu and Kashmir. It lies to the south-east of
Leh and is easily accessible from here. Sakti is bounded by
Zingral in the north-east,
Thiksey in the west and
Chimra in the south. Nyimgma-pa monastery is within a short distance from here. The trekking route from Igu to
Shyok passes through Sakti.
Private vehicles are available from Upshi and Marstelang towards this village.
