Sahlon

Sahlon is a charming village which falls in the Saroya development block of Nawan Shehar District, Punjab. It lies 3 km from the Garhshankar-Balachaur road, close to Aur village. Jhingran, Mukandpur, Kaman and Phillaur are other places in the neighborhood.

Some of the major landmarks around Sahlon include the Phillaur Fort and the Finger Print Bureau at Phillaur, Takhni-Rehmapur Wildlife Sanctuary and Gurdwara Chouda Khuh Sahib and Vishwakarma Temple at Phagwara.

Garh Shankar Railway Station (9 km) is the nearest railhead. Ludhiana Airport serves this area.
