Saddle Peak




Located in Diglipur, Saddle Peak is the highest peak (measuring 762 m) in Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Kaplong River, a small river, originates from this peak. There is a PWD Inspection Bunglow situated at a higher altitude. The entire valley is closely resembles that of Jammu and Kashmir and one gets a beautiful bird’s-eye view of the entire wide valley from the bungalow.

Diglipur is 18 km from Kalipur and 180 km by boat from Port Blair.
