Rupa is located in
West Kameng District of
Arunachal Pradesh. It is about 17 km south of
Bomdila.
This tribal village is inhabited by Sherdukpens. A gompa and Guru Rinpoche cave are the main attractions here.
It lies on the way from Tezpur to Bomdila. Tezpur Airport is the nearest airport. Tezpur Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
