Riverside Palace

Set beside the river Gondali, the Riverside palace was built in 1875 AD by Maharajah Bhagwat Sinhji for his son, Yuvraj Bhojraji. It is located in the middle of lawns and gardens. The palace building now houses a heritage hotel.

Accommodation is provided in 11 well-furnished rooms. All rooms are lavishly appointed with elegant period furniture, framed paintings and western style bathrooms. The living room is decorated in typical colonial style with antique wooden furniture and sofas. The Indian room is adorned with beadwork, brassware and paintings. Riverside Palace also has sit-outs on the terrace and galleries overlooking either the river or the garden.

Rajkot Airport is around 45 km away. Gondal Railway Station, a major railhead of the Western Railways, is the nearest railhead.
