Established in 1989, the Regional Science Center is located close to Regional College of Education, about 4 km from
Bhubaneswar. It displays hundreds of working models to demonstrate the working of scientific principles, gadgets of everyday use, factories, and natural phenomena. There is a park-cum-play area sprawling over 8 acres of lush green landscape.
The center also organizes teachers training programs, science fairs and seminars. It is open from 11:30 to 19:00 hrs, except on Mondays.
