The Regal Horse Safari Trails, based in
Bangalore, has been organizing horse safari trips since 1999. Some of the finest strings of thoroughbred and half-bred, Indian Bred Marwari and Kathiawari horses can be selected from The Regal. Starting from
Mysore, the City of Palaces, the trip roams through various villages, temples and monuments in and around the city. Average distance covered per day is 20-35 km.
Accommodation is offered in deluxe tents, and guests can choose from a variety of continental, Chinese and Indian fare. Safaris with a base camp and casual horse riding at Princess Academy, Bangalore, are also offered. The trips are organized between October and March.
