Ravechi Mata Temple is situated at Ravechi
in Kutch District
. It is an ancient shrine which is believed to have been built by the Pandavas
. The presiding deity is Ravechi mata.
The present Ravechi Mata Temple was reconstructed in 1822 and is 54 ft tall. Along with the idol of Goddess Ravechi, it also houses a number of other deities. The temple of Ravechi is also famous for its Gaushal, which keeps over 2,500 cows. Ravechi Mata Fair conducted in September attracts scores of devotees.
