Ranith Gada is a Kashmiri style fish curry. Mainly prepared by Kashmiri Pundits, it is savored by Hindus and Muslims alike. Fish of bigger size from the fresh water streams of Kashmir are used in the preparation of this curry. This fish curry has the unique flavour of the different exotic spices added in it.
