Rangoli Bihu, also known as Bihuna, is an important religious dance form of Assam. A dance of youth, it is performed during Bihu, the main festival of the state. This folk dance is also performed during various stages of cultivation and at the advent of new season.

The dance starts with a slow tempo, which gradually accelerates as the dance proceeds. Songs containing religious themes are sung by the members of the dance group, who move in circles. These songs are accompanied by music performed using drums and bamboo instruments.
