The Ranganathaswami Temple is located at Tiruneermalai near
Chennai. This hill temple is one among the 108 sacred Sree Vaishnavite centers. The deity of the temple is
Lord Vishnu. The Neervannar temple is situated at the bottom of the hill. It is said that the hill was surrounded by water when the Saint Poet Tirumangai Alwar visited this shrine.
