Rana Mahala Ghat

Rana Mahala Ghat is an important ghat in Varanasi. This ghat, located adjoining the holy Ganges River, was built in AD 1670 by the erstwhile ruler of Udaipur. Vakratunda Vinayaka Temple, dedicated to Lord Ganesh, lies nearby. Rana Mahala Ghat is occasionally used by the pilgrims for taking ritualistic bath in the holy waters of the Ganges.
