Ramjibanpur




Ramjibanpur is a small town located in the north-eastern part of Midnapore District in West Bengal. Barddhaman and the industrial town of Durgapur are around 53 km and 79 km respectively from here. Chandrakona, a village famous for its temples, is 15 km to the south. The nearby towns connected with Ramjibanpur are Badanganj and Balitha in the north, Arambagh in the east and Hajipur in the south.

Lalaji temple, Malleshwar temple, Jorbangla temple and Santinath Shiva temple are some of the prime attractions around the town.

The nearest international airport is at Kolkata. Chandrakona Road Railway Station is the closest railway station.
