Ramapuram is located in the southern part of Chittoor District and is near Andhra Pradesh�s border with Tamil Nadu. It is 13 km south of Chittoor.

Channakesava Swamy Alayam and Shri Ammavari Alayam are the prime pilgrim spots in the neighborhood.

Tirupati Airport is the nearest airport. Ramapuram Railway Station is on Tirupati-Katpadi rail route.
