Ram Ganga River




Ram Ganga River originates at Namik Glacier. It passes through Almora and Pithoragarh districts, before merging with the Sarayu at Rameshwar in Uttaranchal. According a legend, Sage Vasishta meditated on the banks of this river and hence, Hindus consider this river holy.
